THE EVENT
What is Women of Distinction™?
Women of Distinction™ is a celebration of women who are role models, pioneers and outstanding achievers – they improve the quality of life in our community. The 2022 Women of Distinction™ fundraising event has partnered with Innovation Guelph to take place virtually again this year on International Women’s Day, Tuesday, March 8 2022. Join us on Zoom from the comfort of your home as we celebrate the incredible women in our community!
Tickets for this year's virtual event include a sponsor swag bag as well as an individual charcuterie box by Guelph Charcuterie, available for drive by pick up prior to the event. You can enjoy some yummy treats from home while we celebrate our Honourees!
What does the event support?

- INTERVIEW YOUR NOMINEE. Who knows her story better than your nominee herself! Ask your nominee the questions in this nomination package.
- ADDRESS EACH OF THE QUESTIONS. The rating scale matches up with the questions asked so be sure to address each question.
- CHOOSE YOUR SUPPORTERS CAREFULLY. Ask your testimonial supports to address a specific and important piece of information from your nomination package.
- ASK FOR HELP. If you have any questions at all, or would like training on how to write a great application, please contact wod@ytr.ymca.ca.
