Squash is a great game for kids, and no age is too young to get started!
The goal is to introduce kids to the game of squash in a fun and interactive way. We have some great coaches and young volunteers who make the learning process enjoyable while helping to develop proper squash skills. For those that have already developed some basic skills and are keen to continue to grow their game, we have an informal Saturday morning drill program.
We have recently expanded the junior squash program, here is some important information to know:
- It runs 3 times a year, for 8 weeks at a time
- We have a session every fall, winter and spring
- Open to kids ages 6 through 15
- Non-members are also welcome to register for the program
- Dates are published a few weeks in advance and posted by the squash courts and at various locations throughout the Y
