Everyday Exercise for Seniors
Everyday Exercise for Seniors is a group exercise program designed to improve balance, mobility and strength required for daily functional mobility for seniors and individuals with low mobility. It focuses on upper body, lower body and core strength and includes a warm-up and a cool down.
This class will be held upstairs in the Woodland Glen room.
Gold Strength
Move through a variety of exercises that increase aerobic conditioning, muscular strength, range of motion and skills required during daily activities and living. Low impact moves and a variety of equipment will be used for resistance.
Gold Fusion
Slow rhythmic (standing) yoga inspired poses are done on a step platform at a height of your choice. This offers posture awareness, balance and breath control. You will gain leg and core strength while also burning fat and improving your range of motion. Suitable for beginners.
Yoga Gold
Simple basic yoga positions are a great place to start with the optional use of a chair for support. This allows anyone to try yoga in a supportive way. You will receive a balanced workout and improve strength, balance, and flexibility.
