Membership Fee Assistance — Helping Everyone Access the Y

As part of our charitable mandate, the YMCA of Three Rivers is committed to helping to eliminate barriers to accessing our programs and services. We know that there’s a place for everyone at the Y, regardless of age, background, ability, or socio-economic status. Our Fee Assistance* program enables us to live out this commitment, by helping remove barriers and increase access to our programming (including Health and Wellness memberships, Camps, and leadership programs).

To apply for Financial Assistance, please visit feeassist.ca. You will be required to upload your child tax benefit or if you do not have children, your Notice of Assessment from the previous year.

If you are not eligible through the Fee Assistance for Recreation website (feeassist.ca), please visit one of our Health and Wellness locations and speak to a Membership Supervisor. We will work to set up an appointment to review your application.

Once approved, to complete the membership/program process, the following is required to set up pre-authorized payments:

  1. Your unique PIN and colour code qualification information received by completing your Fee Assist application.

  2. A credit card (Visa or Mastercard), or void cheque or your banking information provided by your financial institution.

  3. First bi-weekly payment (which will be determined by your financial assessment), paid by credit card, cheque, or cash.

Approximately 20% of our members are supported through fee assistance.

* Fee Assist cannot be used with other pricing discounts
