The Y’s Karate Program has been provided by Foley’s Family Karate for 40 years! Foley’s dojo is the longest running karate club in Stratford. Your age, gender, experience level, and even your physical ability shouldn't keep you from practicing Karate.

 

Our approach goes beyond the ideal and instead is individualized, using every student's strengths to make them the best Martial Artist they can be. Our teaching approach is both realistic to self-defense and personalized to the student for the best results possible.

 

Teaching is offered by experienced and qualified instructors, and we have discounts available for Y members and multi-person families.
