  • When a child care space becomes available, the centre will contact the parent to offer a space. If we do not get a response within 24 hours, the application will be removed from the waiting list. Therefore, if the parent is going on vacation or an extended leave from their contact number, they are to cal the centre in order to ensure they do not lose their status on the waiting list.
  • The waiting list application will expire after 6 months. In order for parents to renew their application on or before 6 months, they must either phone or drop into the requested centre to update their form and renew their application for an additional 6 months. This process will continue until the parent is either offered a child care space or they request to be taken off the list. If we do not hear from the applicant before the 6 months has expired, the application will be removed from the list.
  • If the parent declines a space for the start date they have requested, the application will be moved to the back of the waiting list.
