Everyday Healthy Series
This FREE series will help you incorporate healthier meals and finess into your lifestyle. Led by Emily Richards, locally based Professional economist and cookbook author, the series combines Emily's knowledge of healthy eating and nutrition with the YMCA-YWCA of Guelph's experience in fitness to create a program that is unique in its ability to address the needs of busy people like you.
