Membership Plus

(18 years +) $55.45/month + HST
$115 joining fee* +HST

  • Use of all facilities, programs and activities
  • Adult-only locker room (day lockers)
  • Steam and Whirlpool spa
  • Towel Service
  • Relaxation area, T.V. and telephone

Adult

(18 years +) $43.60/month + HST
$58 joining fee* +HST

  • Use of all facilities, programs and activities
  • Use of general locker room (day lockers)

Student

(13 years +) $32.95/month + HST
$29 joining fee* +HST

  • Student membership offers all the same benefits as the Adult Membership
  • Full time student ID required

Youth

(6 to 12 years) $25.10/month

  • Unlimited open access programs
  • One registered swimming lesson per week

Preschool

(up to 5 years) $25.10/month

  • Unlimited open access programs
  • One registered swimming lesson per week
    • 18 mths-3 year olds participate with adult
    • 4 - 5 year olds unaccompanied

*A non-refundable joining fee is required upon joining.  If the membership is deactivated and restarted, the reactivation fee must be paid.

 

Payment Options

You can pay your Y membership in convenient monthly payments:

  1. Preauthorized withdrawal from a bank account (void cheque required)
  2. Automatic payment from VISA or MasterCard.

The joining fee, together with the first monthly payment, is paid.

Membership deactivation:

Memberships must be deactivated in writing five business days prior to payment date. .A deactivation form must be completed.

Family Discount

It is easy to belong with your family with the Y's Family Discount!

  • The adult member in the family, in the highest membership category, pays full fees.  Additional family members joining the Guelph Y receive a 25 % discount on monthly fees.
  • Family memberships are for couples sharing residence, and parents/guardians and their dependent children under 18 years of age, or full-time students under 25.

Renewals & Membership Reactivation

It's easy to renew your membership with us!

  • Members who pay monthly are automatically renewed. To change your membership status, please let us know five days prior to your payment date in writing -come to the Member Service desk for more information.
  • Students 18 yrs. and up are required to show full- time student ID to be renewed as a student.
  • Members who received financial assistance in the past are asked to re-apply, see the Financial Assistance page or visit Member Service for more details.
  • Members who pay in full are asked to please make your payment in person or by phone or fax, prior to the anniversary date printed on your membership.

How do I book a tour?

No booking necessary!

Staff are available to provide facility tours Monday to Friday 7:00am to 9:00pm and Saturday and Sunday 8:30am -6:00pm.

Visiting Rates

Adult Day Pass - $11.50 + HST

A perfect way to try the Y!  If you join the Guelph Y within 10 days of purchasing an adult day pass, we will credit the cost of up to three day passes towards your membership.  Membership will be back-dated to the date of the first day pass purchased. 

Adult Guest Pass - $5.31 + HST

Passes must be purchased by an accompanying Y member.   Each guest will be limited to a maximum of 2 visits.  Guests are required to show proper identification.   The purpose of the Adult Guest Pass is to allow a member to participate with a guest.  Guest passes will not be applied to future membership fees.  Guests will have the same access and membership privileges as the accompanying member. 

Youth/Preschool Guest Pass - $5.00

Youth or Preschool Guest Passes must be purchased by an accompanying member.  Youth/Preschool guests have unlimited access to the Y; however guest passes will not be applied to future membership fees. 

Community Event Guest Pass - Free

As a community leader, the Y provides free information seminars, courses and special events to the community at large.  Community events are posted on our website, www.guelphy.org, or on our Member Information Board.  Registration is required.  Non-members must check in at Member Service with photo identification.
